Cancellation Policy
1. Card on File Authorization
• Cards on file will be charged if a client leaves Suite 14 without submitting payment.
• Charges cannot be disputed with the bank.
2. Deposit Option (No Card on File)
• If you prefer not to keep a card on file, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required via Zelle to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Cancellations
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.
4. No-Call / No-Show
• Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% service charge.
5. Rescheduling
• Clients may reschedule using the link sent 5 days prior to the appointment.
• After this period, rescheduling is subject to Pink & Polish availability and may result in accommodation or cancellation.
• As a courtesy, please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
6. Arrival Time
• Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
7. Payment Methods
• Accepted payment methods include cash, debit card, credit card, or Zelle.
• All services are charged 100% upon completion.
8. Identification
• A valid ID may be requested for security purposes.
9. Right to Refuse Service
• Pink & Polish reserves the right to refuse service if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
10. Liability
• Pink & Polish is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of nails, failure to follow care instructions, or not adhering to recommended maintenance appointments.
